Thank you for taking time during your winter holidays to celebrate with us! There are many ways that you can spend your time in Miami, here are a few events that we are planning on attending if you would like to join us:

Thursday, December 31: New Year's Eve with Spam-Allstars at the Catalina Hotel

Join us on New Year's Eve at the Catalina Hotel for a night with one of our favorite live music acts-Spam-Allstars!

General admission prices are $95 including a premium bar, midnight champagne toast, dinner, and music throughout the venue

Friday, January 1: Pre-Wedding Field Day

After recovering from the New Year's Eve festivities, join us at North Shore Open Space Park on Miami Beach for a Pre-Wedding Field Day! We'll be playing old-school elementary field day games in the park such as tug-of-war, a javelin toss, sponge pass relay, and more! Here are a few details:

Games will be between 1pm-4pm
Dress code is beach casual--shorts, bathing suits, t-shirts, flips flops, etc.!
Light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Feel free to BYOB if you would like (no glass bottles in the public park!)

After the games from 4pm-6pm there will be time for toasts and RJ & Kelli trivia. Join us if you would like to learn more about the happy couple while sharing in one of their favorite activities.

Saturday, January 2: Wedding Ceremony and Reception!

This is where it all goes down starting at 4pm at Miami Beach Botanical Garden! We look forward to celebrating with you and our families on our special day.

THE CITY

For our wedding we are returning to the place where it all began. Miami is mostly known as a party city; people often mock it for its perceived lack of authenticity. To us though, Miami is where we first fell in love. It is also where we met some incredible youth who still inspire us to this day and have changed the trajectory of our professional lives. It has an incredible live music scene and a diverse range of foods, arts and people. We chose Miami because it means so much more to us than the glamour of South Beach, and we are excited to share with you the other aspects of the city that make it so engaging and engrossing.

THE VENUE

The ceremony and reception on Saturday will be held at the Miami Beach Botanical Gardens. The gardens are a quiet recess from the bustle of Miami Beach. They are enclosed by a variety of palms and feature flowering trees, bromeliads and other edible, native Miami plants. The mission of the Garden is to provide free public access to an attractive botanical garden, create environmental education programs for children and adults, preserve green space, and promote green living. It serves as a venue for visual and performing arts, and acts as a cultural tourist destination.
